Getting started with BLUINKWL
Contact Us
Tell us a little about the learner and the service you are interested in. We provide program information and explain the next steps.
Enrollment Documents
Review and complete the service agreement, required consents, policies and applicable waivers.
Intake Forms & Parent Questionnaire
Share strengths, communication, regulation, sensory and motor needs, independence, safety concerns, previous services and family priorities.
Intake & Initial Assessment
We assess current abilities, support needs and starting point. For movement-based programming, we may also observe responses to movement, instructions, transitions and structured tasks.
Individualized Goals & Planning
Intake information, assessment findings, parent priorities and clinical considerations are used to develop individualized goals.
Scheduling & Program Setup
We confirm the service schedule and prepare the individualized session structure and supports.
Begin 1:1 Sessions
The learner begins individualized sessions. For BJJ Movement-Based Therapy, the initial priority is a supported 1:1 environment rather than immediate participation in a traditional group class.
